We use collected information to:

  • Protect intellectual property

We do not sell personal data.

  • If required by law
  • To protect intellectual property or enforce our Terms

Our service providers are:

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Platform sets only these cookies:

  • Authentication cookies that keep you signed in
  • A security cookie that recognizes a browser you have signed in from before, so we can email you when your account is accessed from a new device
  • An activity cookie that records when this browser last used the Platform, so an old sign-in can end after a break, without signing you out while you work
  • A time zone cookie that stores the time zone of your browser, so dates show in your local time

The Platform also stores your light or dark display preference in your browser local storage.

We do not use advertising, analytics, or tracking cookies. When you play a training video, YouTube may set its own cookies, as described in the next paragraph. Because the authentication cookies are required to sign in, the Platform cannot be used with cookies blocked.

Training videos are embedded from youtube-nocookie.com, the privacy-enhanced mode of YouTube. The YouTube privacy policy applies to any data YouTube collects when you play a video.

6. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

However, no internet-based system is completely secure.

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.

7. Data Retention

We retain account and usage data as long as necessary to:

  • Provide services
  • Comply with legal obligations
  • Protect intellectual property

Aggregated or anonymized data that does not identify you or any individual may be used to operate and improve the Platform and may be retained indefinitely.

After a subscription ends, data your organization entered into the Platform is handled as described under Customer Data in our Terms & Conditions.

8. Financial, Tax, and Legal Disclaimer

The Kingdom Light Solar Strategy™ provides modeling and analytical tools only.

It does not provide financial, tax, legal, or investment advice.

Users are solely responsible for verifying outputs with licensed professionals.

10. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updates.
